This sale offers a like new Remington 1100 matched pair in 410 and 28 gauge. The matched pair number is 2937. These were manufactured in 1969 as a limited edition set. Remington Introduces new V3 Tac-13 semi-auto 12 gauge firearm (non–NFA) Comments: 4 Charles Ackerman. Remington 870, 1100, 700 Serial Number Lookup. Introduced in 2006. Updated 1100 features Realwood high gloss semi-fancy stock and fore-end. Available in 12- and 20-gauge, with 26' or 28' barrel. Chambered for 3' shells. Includes 5 ProBore chokes for 12-gauge; 5 Remchokes for 20-gauge. R3 recoil pad and high-grade travel case. Left-handed version added in 2008. The 'X' you show at end 'Suffix Letter' of the serial number you give, if truly a 'X' and not you being silly and messing with us to hide your serial number for some unknown reason; means that your gun is a 20 gauge 'Heavy Frame'. This type of 1100 was the first ones offered in 20 gauge and were built on the original 12 gauge frame.
